For the most part, I like this picture, but there's two major issues I can see from here. The first would be the focus on the petals closest to the lenses, they're blurred and it doesn't fill like you did it on purpose. Generally a little bit of rotation of the camera or pulling it back a little bit can help fix that. The other would be the lighting doesn't quite feel right. The flower is a lightly colored one, but it's been framed in shadows with a dark background that just doesn't quite work. Personally, I would either set the entire thing to be darker so as to make an apparent theme, or lighten up the flower and background. If you're going for contrast, then I would recommend darken the background more, so only one or two leaves show while giving the flower just a touch more light.

Overall, I like the picture and you've got some lovely quantity here. I also like the leaf almost directly behind the tulip. It looks nice.
